Privacy Policy

PipeFlow by HastaRex is operated by HastaRex Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. For any privacy question, email blain@hastarex.com.

Account information: your name and email address, and the role attached to your account.

Subscription information: your plan, subscription status, renewal or trial dates, and the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers that tie your account to your billing record.

Usage information generated when you use our apps and websites: the pages and features used, device, browser, IP address and log data, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• Your calculator inputs — roll, set, angle, pipe size, fitting type and root gap — are calculated in your own browser. They are not sent to our servers and we do not store them.
• We never receive or store your card number. Payment details go directly to Stripe.

We use your information to create and secure your account, to confirm whether your subscription is active so the calculator can open, to send service messages, to provide support, and to keep the app reliable and secure.

We also use it to analyze, improve and develop our products, train and improve AI models, create aggregated and de-identified data, benchmarks and reports, market our services, and generate revenue from the data as described in our Terms of Service.

We share data with the service providers that run the app, and we may sell, license or share data, including aggregated and de-identified data and, subject to applicable law, other collected information, with third parties such as suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, contractors, lenders, insurers, researchers, advertising and data partners. Data may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

• Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, invoices and the billing portal.
• Our hosting, database and authentication provider, which stores your account record and the fitting reference table.

The app uses browser storage for your sign-in session so you do not have to log in on every visit. We and our partners may also use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising.

We may keep collected information, including after an account is closed, for as long as it is useful for the purposes above, except where the law requires us to delete it. Aggregated and de-identified data is kept indefinitely.

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, by emailing blain@hastarex.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or "Privacy Request". We honour the rights that apply under the law where you live. Aggregated and de-identified data that no longer identifies you is not covered by these requests.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage billing button on your account page.

Access to account records is restricted, payment data is handled by Stripe, and subscription changes are written only by our own server processes. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.

PipeFlow is a professional tool for adults working in pipe fabrication. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top will change and material updates will be announced in the app or by email.
