Terms of Service

PipeFlow by HastaRex is operated by HastaRex Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("HastaRex", "we", "us"). You can reach us at blain@hastarex.com.

The calculator requires an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity that happens under it.

Accounts are for the individual who registered them. Do not share your login or resell access without our written permission.

PipeFlow Pro is offered as a paid subscription at $12 per month or $99 per year, billed in advance. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected when the trial starts, and the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges at the interval you selected until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from the Manage billing button on your account page. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

We may change the subscription price. We will give you reasonable notice before a new price applies, and it will never apply to a period you have already paid for.

PipeFlow performs arithmetic on the values you enter. It is a calculator, not engineering, drafting or fabrication advice, and it is not a substitute for an engineered drawing, a code requirement, or a competent fitter’s judgement.

Fitting dimensions in the reference table are ASME B16.9 nominal values supplied for convenience. Actual fittings vary by manufacturer, wall thickness, weld prep and condition. Calculated take-outs, travels and cut lengths use a geometric formula and can differ from a catalog or a physical fitting by small amounts.

• Every result must be field-verified against the actual fittings, the weld procedure and site conditions before any pipe is cut, threaded, welded or installed.
• You are solely responsible for the dimensions you enter and for the work performed from any result the app produces.
• HastaRex is not liable for fabrication errors, incorrect cuts, wasted material, rework, schedule impact, failed inspections, or any loss arising from reliance on a calculated result.

Use the app only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass the subscription controls, scrape the reference data in bulk, or use the app in a way that harms other users or the service itself.

"Customer Data" means any information you enter or upload. You assign to HastaRex all of your right, title and interest in Customer Data, and HastaRex owns it. HastaRex grants you a license to access and use your Customer Data through the service while your subscription is active. For any Customer Data that cannot be assigned, including material owned by a third party, you grant HastaRex a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable and sublicensable license to store, copy, process, analyze, modify, combine with other data, create derivative works from, and otherwise use Customer Data to provide and improve the service, develop new products and features, train and improve artificial intelligence and machine-learning models, create Derived Data, and market and commercialize HastaRex products and services.

HastaRex owns (a) information about how our apps and websites are used, including account activity, device, browser, log, page-view and feature-usage data ("Usage Data"), and (b) aggregated, de-identified or statistical data, insights, benchmarks, models and reports created from Customer Data or Usage Data ("Derived Data").

HastaRex may sell, license, share and otherwise commercialize Usage Data and Derived Data with third parties, including suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, contractors, lenders, insurers, researchers and data partners, for any lawful purpose. HastaRex may also share or sell Customer Data for commercial purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including any right an individual has to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.

HastaRex may keep Customer Data, Usage Data and Derived Data after your subscription ends or your account is closed. Derived Data is not deleted on request; personal information is deleted where applicable law requires. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to provide Customer Data and grant this license. This section survives termination of these terms.

We work to keep PipeFlow available, but the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HastaRex disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error free or that any result is correct for your specific installation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HastaRex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost materials, lost time or rework, arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You may stop using the app at any time and cancel your subscription from your account page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if payment fails, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue the service, we will refund any prepaid amount covering time after the shutdown date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use PipeFlow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
